About the project
We made the concept of renovation of the 11th floor of the Toronto business center. An inspiring office design we produced in a more correct and deeper reading.

We created an atmosphere of space with history, and then filled it with a modern sense.

We consider the main task in developing a planning solution to be the creation of a flexible, efficient, stylish, but neutral space, not tied to a specific department of the company, but still comfortable for employees of any level - with a well-thought-out open space, comfortable meeting rooms and recreation areas.

Dark, light and green
Three types of zones
Basic Design Solutions
  • The elevator hall is a mysterious door, framed with stone and ivy that beckons to go inside.
  • Hall - an art gallery with "mystical" images of office employees and a mirrored ceiling.
  • Open space - use of natural stone and natural wood for wall cladding and structural elements creates an atmosphere of lightness, naturalness.
  • Use of a second level of suspended structures and light panels to create an atmosphere of "attic".
  • All the most interesting is in the details. Reminders of good ghosts are everywhere - the plaster hands of "ghosts" are like bas-reliefs on the walls.

Design solutions for individual zones
  • Glass partitions isn`t only a space divider - they create blurry silhouettes of ghosts. The glass surfaces of the meeting rooms are pasted over with a membrane with portraits in a classic style, which creates the mystery of what is happening behind them.
  • The central dark meeting rooms with portraits contrast with the light space of the main office.
