About the project
In 2020, with the introduction of quarantine, almost all employees of the central office of "Alfa Bank" in the Toronto-Kyiv business center switched to a remote or mixed work format. To date, approximately 35% of employees work in the office. Therefore, the bank decided to remodel one of the floors in the manner of a large apartment with common areas for brainstorming and cozy corners where you can work alone.
This is how the "anti-office" appeared, which works on the principle of co-working.

There are two living rooms in the "anti-office". The first is a spacious room with circular sofas for team brainstorming. On the shelves, places were specially left for employees' books, awards and board games.
A small living room is a themed room with a fireplace. Employees also call this zone "Texas". The unofficially romantic name of the state of the same name is the "lone star state", so the team jokes that here you can delve into your thoughts under the crackling of wood in the fireplace and think about how to reach the stars.

Here you can work sitting or lying down (the main thing is not to disturb your colleagues), and nearby there are poufs and a suspended cocoon for working "in the air".
If you sit down during the working day, you can stretch out in the fitness room. There is a sports corner with a punching bag, a Swedish wall and even a treadmill - a work desk. Here you can work standing by the window. Scientists assure that working in this position helps to produce more testosterone and avoid the "hormone of sadness". And this increases productivity.
Children's room is a space for creative photo and video sessions. There is everything for creativity: a system of lifting backgrounds, a photococoon, flashes and synchronizers. Here, the team can discuss projects while playing games, watch a movie after work, and the neon wall has already become the basis for a sticker pack in Telegram.
